Alleged Former ADOR Employee And Sexual Harassment Victim Claps Back At Min Hee Jin’s Response

Recently, an alleged former ADOR employee and sexual harassment victim called out CEO Min Hee Jin in a lengthy post on social media.

She then posted an Instagram story regarding the response received from Min Hee Jin regarding their shocking exposé.

My requested explanation:

  1. Did you coach the perpetrator to curse behind my back?
  2. Did you fail to stay neutral and interrupt by stating that Executive A is innocent?
  3. Did you distort facts and disclose my KakaTalk messages, including the reason for quitting, without my permission?

Min Hee Jin’s explanation:

  1. You’re salary of 130,000,000 KRW ($~95,743.13 USD) is too high so I tried to cut it down 40%.
    > Illegal action, bragging.
  2. You didn’t do your work well.
    > Aside from Executive A, who only worked for a month, all the employees were rated ‘highly recommended/recommended.’
  3. Your report seems fake and scary.
    > The executive has already acknowledged their mistake.
  4. The case has already been closed and I mediated.
    > The person in charge of workplace harassment coached on how to deal with ‘incompetence’. Refused to deal even with a strong warning.
  5. Are you from HYBE?
    > No.Most recently, they added more Instagram stories revealing what they had requested vs. Min Hee Jin’s explanation.

They also revealed the key points of why they were frustrated with the response.

  6.

    Why I am angry:

    1. Because Min Hee Jin swore at me (X)
    2. Because I couldn’t forgive the executive (X)
    3. Because they interrupted the investigation, failed to stay neutral, protected only the executive, and wrote a false and distorted explanation that ruined my image on July 31 (O)
    4. Because they did all these things behind my back and called me a ‘b*tch’ and have not received a single apology (O)

Previously, Min Hee Jin released a lengthy rebuttal statement regarding the alleged employee’s post.
