So, it is now expected to reveal the latest set of foldables. In addition to this, the company is also likely to launch a new smartwatch and smart ring too. Here’s what all you can expect from the ‘Galaxy Unpacked’ event this time.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6
At the upcoming Unpacked event, the company is likely to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Slight updates are anticipated for both devices. Reports suggest that the Z Flip 6 might receive a modest increase in battery capacity to 4,000 mAh, an option to upgrade the RAM to 12GB, and the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Additionally, there are expectations of camera upgrades, potentially featuring the same 50MP camera found in the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S24.
Regarding the flagship foldable, the Galaxy Z Fold 6, it is expected to have the same screen size and thickness as last year’s model. The cover screen might incorporate Corning Gorilla Armor for improved durability and anti-reflective technology. While it doesn’t seem likely that the cameras will be upgraded, there may only be a minimal increase in battery capacity. However, it’s quite probable that there will be a chipset upgrade to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

Samsung Galaxy Ring
The Samsung Galaxy Ring is set to be released “in or around August,” according to the company. After teasing the wearable during January’s Unpacked, Samsung revealed more details about it in February. The Galaxy Ring will be available in three colours: platinum silver, gold, and ceramic black, as well as multiple sizes.
The ring will measure heart rate, movement, and breathing to help track your sleep. It’s expected to support fertility tracking. The Galaxy Ring will also be able to pair with a Galaxy Watch, which means if you wear both, you will likely get more accurate health data.
Samsung Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Watch Ultra
The upcoming Galaxy Watch 7 is anticipated to feature a 3nm chipset, which could enhance both power efficiency and performance. It is also expected to receive upgrades to its health sensors. The watch will also include AI-powered features such as advanced sleep tracking, exercise monitoring, and improved communication capabilities, which will include a smart reply function.
Additionally, there are hints that a Galaxy Watch Ultra is in development. Leaked images suggest that it will have a bulkier design compared to the standard Galaxy Watch models, with a rectangular body and a round watch face. Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 and Galaxy Buds 3 Pro
It is expected that the company will launch both the Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro at Unpacked on July 10. The two models will be available in silver and white colors and will have an IP57 rating for dust and water resistance, as well as SmartThings Find support.
Similar to the Buds 2 Pro, it is anticipated that the Buds 3 Pro will feature a two-way speaker designed to deliver richer audio, while the regular Buds 3 will have a one-way speaker.
